This DATAWORKS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (“DSLA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity referred to hereafter as “You” or “Your”) and DATAWORKS DEVELOPMENT, INC. DBA FREEZERWORKS, a Washington corporation (“Dataworks”) (You and Dataworks shall be referred to individually as a “Party”, and collectively, as the “Parties”). By installing the Software (as defined below), You are agreeing to the terms of this DSLA. If You do not agree to the terms of this DSLA, You must immediately cease any and all usage of the Software.
