This Assignment of Gold-Ore Owner’s Rights Under Gold-Ore Purchase Agreement (“Assignment Agreement”) is entered into by and between (“Assignor”), and (“Assignee”), for Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, with the consent of the undersigned Gold-Ore Recycling Trust IV (“Trust”), and on the following terms and conditions:
