A subordinated debt agreement was signed with Vía 40 Express S.A.S., a company of which it is a 25% shareholder, in order to grant a subordinated loan for an amount of up to One Hundred Twenty – Five Thousand Million Pesos (COP 125.000.000.000). The purpose of this contract is to obtain the resources to execute the Bogotá – Giradot Third Lane Project. The conclusion of the contract was authorized by the Company’s Board of Directors. This operation will generate, in the future, income from the loan represented by interest.
