This Agreement shall be in effect from the 1.1 Term. Purchases and sales hereunder shall begin upon commencement of the Gas Day on the Fort Union In --Service Date (the("Effective Date") and unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement hereof, shall continue through the close of the Gas Day on the date that is ten (10) two (2) Years from the WIC In --Service Date (the("Primary Term"), and thereafter continue in effect from Month to Month, unless terminated by either Party upon written notice to the other Party given 30 at least thirty (30) Days prior to the end of the Primary Term or any Month thereafter.
