These Terms & Conditions comprise a MASTER AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) between Winmill Software, Inc, ” a Nevada corporation, with a principal address of 1501 Broadway, 12th Floor New York, NY 10036, (“Winmill”) and Client signatory to a Winmill Software Letter of Agreement or Statement of Work (“Client”). Each is a “Party” or collectively, the “Parties”. This Agreement governs the purchase of Products by Client from Winmill and takes effect on the date a Letter of Agreement or applicable Statement of Work has been signed.
