The Oakland Curtail Auto Theft (OCAT) task force requires each municipality on the team to sign a subrecipient grant agreement (Attachment 1). A portion of the grant will be used to reimburse municipalities for 50 percent of wages and fringe benefits, qualifying overtime costs, cell phone, MAATI and IAATI dues, and vehicle usage.
