This ReadyPipe Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered by and between Yipit, Inc., a Delaware corporation, having its principal place of business at 22 W 19th Street, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10011 (“Yipit”) and the entity identified as “Customer” on the Order Schedule that references this Agreement (“Order Schedule”). The terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the terms of the Order Schedule, govern Yipit’s provision of and Customer’s access to and use of the ReadyPipe subscription identified on the Order Schedule and any related services (collectively, “ReadyPipe”).
