FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of your payment of the license fee (“License Fee”), STUDIO GURUS, LLC (“Licensor”) grants to you the non-exclusive right, to embody the master recordings (the “Masters”) and the underlying musical compositions (“Compositions”) owned by Licensor, that are explicitly listed on the Licensor’s Website located at: www.thevampshop.com in connection with the catalog of recorded music in the form of packaged loops and/or samples (“Product”), in newly created master recordings produced by you (each a “Licensee Recording”), and the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to publicly perform, distribute, transmit and otherwise exploit the Licensee Recording(s) in audio-only phonograph records (in all configurations, forms and formats, physical, digital or otherwise, now known or hereafter devised, including without limitation transmissions via the internet as well as so-called downloads and streams), music videos, and ring tones / ring tunes embodying solely the Licensee Re
