THIS License Agreement (“License”) is made by and between DALLAS AREA RAPID TRANSIT (“Licensor”), a regional transportation authority created, organized, and existing pursuant to Chapter 452, Texas Transportation Code (the “Act”), with offices at 1401 Pacific Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75202, and City of Plano (“Licensee”), a Texas home rule municipal corporation, with offices at 1117 East 15th Street, Plano, Texas 75074. Licensor and Licensee are individually referred to herein as a “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
