THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into with an effective date of July 1, 2016, by and between the State of Colorado, Department of Higher Education, State Board for Community Colleges and Occupational Education, for the use and benefit of Pueblo Community College, located at 900 W. Orman Avenue, Pueblo, Colorado (hereinafter referred to as “PCC”), and the City of Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation, 1 City Hall Place, Pueblo, Colorado (hereinafter referred to as “City”). City and PCC may each be referred to herein as a "Party" or collectively as the "Parties."
