This Hoplon Solutions Cloud Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is between Hoplon Solutions, LLC (“Hoplon Solutions”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) and the individual or entity that has executed this Agreement (“You” or “Your”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that govern orders placed by You for Services under this Agreement. You agree to all terms of the Agreement effective on the date You first agreed to this Agreement or first began using the Services (“Effective Date”).
