THIS CONTRACT is made this 11th day of _ August , 2023, in the Territory of the Virgin Islands, by and between the Government of the Virgin Islands, Department of Property & Procurement, on behalf of the Virgin Islands Fire and Emergency Medical Services (hereinafter referred to as “Government”) and Caribbean Contracting Services, Inc (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”).
