This Contract is entered into between hereinafter referred to as the Provider, and the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles, hereinafter referred to as SCDMV. This contractual period will begin on the date it has been signed by both parties and shall remain in effect until termination by either party, as provided for in Sections 10 and 11 of this contract.
