This Saint Gregory the Great Parish and School Endowment Fund Plan (the “Plan” or “Agreement”) is established as of the last date signed, as indicated on the signature page by the Catholic Community Foundation of South Carolina (the “Foundation”) for the benefit of Saint Gregory the Great Catholic Church, Bluffton, South Carolina (the “Parish”), and/or, as applicable, the Parish school known as Saint Gregory the Great Catholic School (the “School”), and approved by such Parish and the Bishop (as defined below) as indicated on the signature page. This endowment fund shall be known as the Saint Gregory the Great Catholic Church and School Endowment Fund (the “Endowment Fund”).
