This STANDARD CONTRACT (“Contract”) is agreed to between the State of Michigan ( the “State”) and Hi-Tec Building Services (“Contractor”), a Michigan Corporation. This Contract is effective on December 31, 2021 (“Effective Date”), and unless terminated, October 30, 2024.
