This Interconnection and Reciprocal Compensation Agreement for the exchange of Telecommunications Traffic between carriers (“Agreement”) is effective as of the 10th day of March , 2005 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Nelson Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (“NELSON”), a Wisconsin Corporation, with its principal office at 318 3rd Avenue West, P.O. Box 228, Durand, Wisconsin 54736- 0228 and ALLTEL Communications, Inc. (“ALLTEL”), a Delaware limited liability company, with its principal office at 1 Allied Drive, P.O. Box 2177, Little Rock, AR 72202, for itself and its wireless affiliates and solely with respect to its operations as a CMRS provider. NELSON and ALLTEL are referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
