THIS SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of the day of February, 2022, by and among VIA MOBILITY SERVICES, a Colorado nonprofit corporation, formerly known as SPECIAL TRANSIT (“Borrower”), COUNTY OF BOULDER, COLORADO, a body corporate and politic (“County”), and ELEVATIONS CREDIT UNION (the “Credit Union”).
