Contract Type FiledApril 25th, 2016 South African Tourism is seeking to enter into joint marketing agreements with overseas operators to fund incremental marketing activities in key source markets. The key source markets already have their annual 2016/17 plan in progress, so incremental activity is required – to test additional areas tht could translate into longer term numbers. In addition, given the current seasonality in arrivals to South Africa, activities that can deliver tourists flows between May and September are preferable. This does not exclude activities that generate incremental arrivals in other months. Proposals that include spreading tourists into new geographical areas will also receive preferential consideration.
