This is an agreement between Greenlight Energy, Inc.. (“Greenlight”), an independent electricity generation supplier and natural gas supplier, and the undersigned customer (“Customer”) under which Customer shall obtain electricity and natural gas supply and begin enrollment with GREENLIGHT (the “Agreement”). GREENLIGHT is licensed by the Maryland Public Service Commission as a competitive electricity supplier (License Reference Number IR-3109) and natural gas supplier (License Reference Number IR-2794).
