This agreement (the “Agreement”) sets out your use of the NIUM, Inc. (formerly known as Instarem USA Corporation) Service (the “Service”). You may access the Service through the website with its home page located at www.instarem.com (the “Service Website”). As used herein, the terms “Bank”, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Community Federal Savings Bank, and “InstaReM (powered by NIUM)” means NIUM, Inc. (formerly known as Instarem USA Corporation) “You” and “your” means the person who is using the Services to transfer funds from a US bank account.
