IN CONSIDERATION of being allowed to participate and/or observe in any way in any SBG Idaho or Combat Fitness LLC (collectively, “SBG Idaho”) programs, events or activities, and/or to use the facilities or equipment at SBG Idaho, I, Participant, for myself, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs, next of kin, and such participating children (collectively, “Participant”) understand, acknowledge and agree to the following:
