Any booking that you make will be treated as provisional and will be automatically released within 7 days from the date that the provisional booking was made unless the booking has been confirmed by the Hotel receiving fro you a signed copy of the Booking Form and this Agreement, as well as the deposit and, unless you have a Credit Facility, full credit or debit card details.
