This "Agreement to Receive Disclosures by Electronic Delivery and Consent to Electronic Signatures and Electronic Records" (the "Agreement") applies to all required disclosures for the account you are opening online with American National Bank of Texas. In this Agreement, the terms "account" and "your account" refer to the account you are opening online with us. The terms "you" and "your" refer to the person who is opening the account. The terms "we," "our," "us," and "Bank" mean American National Bank of Texas. To open your account online, you must accept this Agreement.
