This Agreement for Wide Area Network (WAN), Internet and Related Services (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made this 30th day of April, 2021, by and between the Capital Area Intermediate Unit (hereinafter “CAIU”), a Pennsylvania Intermediate Unit organized and operating under the Public School Code of 1949, 24 P.S. § 1-101 et seq.,with its principal place of business at 55 Miller Street, Enola, PA 17025, and BIG SPRING SCHOOL DISTRICT (hereinafter “Client”), a local education agency with its principal place of business at 45 Mt. Rock Road, Newville, PA 17241.
