Twilio provides its 911 Services (defined below) subject to these 911 - Terms and Conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"), which are in addition to and supplement the Twilio Terms of Service available at https://www.twilio.com/legal/tos, Master Sales Agreement, or other similar written agreement between the parties for the use of the Services (the "Agreement"). These Terms and Conditions are subject in all respects to the terms of the Agreement. In the event of any direct conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Agreement, then these Terms and Conditions shall control. Capitalized terms not elsewhere defined in these Terms and Conditions will have the meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement.
