The individual named below (referred to as "I" or "me") desires to participate in virtual fitness classes (the "Activity") provided by Nu-U-Fitness LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (the "Company"). In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Activity and the intangible value that I will gain by participating in the Activity, and in recognition of the Company's reliance hereon, I agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this instrument (this "Agreement").
