Pursuant to the Sales Terms and Conditions to which this Limited Warranty is attached (the “Terms”), CLD Physical Security Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“SELLER”), warrants that the products and products’ parts manufactured by Seller (the “Product”) and delivered in accordance with the Terms to the first end user (“BUYER”) are produced according to usual practices, customs, standards, specifications and tolerances of trade prevailing in the country of origin at the time of production and shall, subject to the limitations and exclusions set forth below, be free from material defects in design, material, and workmanship.
