This Tenant Based Rental Assistance contract (the “Contract”) is entered into between the City of North Miami (“Program Administrator”), Salem House Holdings, LLC (“Owner”), and Bertone Billy Bazile & Preserve Billy (“Tenants”) as of the “Contract Start Date” as such terms are identified in Exhibit A, Project Specific Information, attached to and incorporated within this Contract.
