This agreement, by and between Private Fleet, Inc. (“CUSTOMER”) and _______________, Inc. (“FOR HIRE COMPANY”), shall allow FOR HIRE COMPANY to transport CUSTOMER trailers, loaded or empty, leased or owned for the purpose of transportation and loading or unloading such trailers.
