This Contract for Design Professional Services is made and entered into this 1st day of February, 2018 by and between the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority, a public body corporate under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "Owner", and AECOM Technical Services, Inc., a California Corporation, authorized to do business in the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the “Design Professional”.
