THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and New East Telephony, Inc. d/b/a Down Home Telephone, “Down Home Telephone”, a North Carolina corporation, and shall be deemed effective the Effective Date, as defined herein. This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or Down Home Telephone or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
