WHEREAS the parties entered into the ISDA Covered Bond 2002 Master Agreements identified in Annex 1 attached hereto in respect of the series of covered bonds identified under the heading “Series of Covered Bonds” in Annex 1, and each dated the respective date under the heading “Date of Covered Bond Swap Agreement” in Annex 1 (each such agreement, including the schedule (the “Schedule”) and credit support annex (the “Credit Support Annex”) thereto, a “Covered Bond Swap Agreement” and collectively, the “Covered Bond Swap Agreements”);
