THIS AGREEMENT is made this the _____ day of ____________, 2002, by and between the City of Bryan, a Texas Home Rule Municipal Corporation (referred to hereinafter as “Bryan”), and the City of College Station, a Texas Home Rule Municipal Corporation (referred to hereinafter as “College Station”).
