THIS WATER LEASE AGREEMENT ("Lease") is entered into this day of , 2013 (“Effective Date”) between the Basalt Water Conservancy District (“BWCD,” “District,” or “Lessor”), a Colorado Water Conservancy District organized pursuant to C.R.S. § 37-45-101 et seq., whose address is c/o Balcomb & Green, P.C., P.O. Drawer 790, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601, the Town of Basalt, Colorado, a Colorado municipal corporation, whose address is 101 Midland Avenue, Basalt, CO 81621, and the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Pitkin, Colorado, a Colorado municipal corporation, whose address is (Town of Basalt and Pitkin County together the “Lessees” or individually as “Basalt” and “Pitkin County”, respectively). Lessor and Lessees are sometimes referred to individually herein as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
