DROPCAP REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT This DropCap Representation Agreement (the “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of February 15, 2022 (“Effective Date”), by and between XXXX an XXXX corporation with its principal place of business in XXX, (“Publisher”) and DropCap Inc, a Delaware corporation (“Agent”). A. Publisher is the proprietor and licensor of all literary rights as set forth on Addendum A to this Agreement. “Publisher” refers to both publishing companies and individual authors who own the translation rights to their works. B. Agent serves as the exclusive agent of and performs agency services with respect to subsidiary rights for publishers throughout the world. C.
