THIS AGREEMENT OF SALE (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 15th day of October, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between ECO SERVICES OPERATIONS CORP., a Delaware corporation (“Seller”), and PENINSULA TERMINAL COMPANY, an Oregon corporation (“Buyer”). Seller and Buyer are each a “Party,” and collectively the “Parties”.
