This Bank of The Valley Mobile Deposit Service User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by Bank of The Valley (the “Bank”) and you, the Customer. The Agreement governs your use of the Mobile Deposit Service (the “Service”). By enrolling to use the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully and keep it for future reference. In addition to this Agreement, your Account is also governed by our Funds Availability Policy, Online Banking Customer Agreement, Online Banking Agreement, Mobile Banking Agreement and Disclosure, Terms and Conditions of the Bill Payment Service, and Signature Card and Terms and Conditions of Your Account Agreement and/or the Deposit Account Agreement and Disclosure that governs your depository account(s).
