Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the Company’s Second Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement dated as of August 18, 2016 (as may be amended, supplemented, modified or restated from time to time, the “Company LLC Agreement”).
