This Interconnection Agreement (“Agreement”) entered into effective November 1, 2019, by and between La Porte City Utilities (“La Porte City”), a municipal utility and MidAmerican Energy Company (“MidAmerican”), an Iowa corporation. La Porte City and MidAmerican may hereinafter be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties” where appropriate.
