This Settlement Agreement and Releases (“Settlement” or “Agreement”)1, dated as of January 5, 2023, is entered into by Plaintiff, Arnold Golden, individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class, and Defendant Banco Popular de Puerto Rico (“BPPR”). The Parties hereby agree to the following terms in full settlement of the action styled Golden v. Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, No. 3:2020-cv-00095 (D.V.I.) (hereinafter, referred to as the “Action”), subject to Final Approval by the United States District Court for the District of the Virgin Islands (the “Court”).
