Box 31493, George Town, Grand Cayman KY1-1206, Cayman Islands (the “Company”) and governs the purchase of ERC-1404 based cryptographic tokens called the XX tokens (the “Tokens”), your use of the related ERC-1404 token smart contract (the “Tokens Smart Contract”), and your use of the related xx MainNet Coin Distribution Smart Contract which provides for the conversion of Tokens to xx coins at MainNet (the “Distribution Contract”). The Subscriber and the Company are herein individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties”.
