This End-User Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between LICENSEE (either an individual or a single entity) and FLIR Security, Inc., a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (“FLIR” or “Licensor”) for the Software (as defined below). BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, COPYING, ACCESSING, CLICKING ON THE "I ACCEPT THE AGREEMENT" BUTTON BELOW, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, LICENSEE AGREES TO BE BOUND BY TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU ARE ACCEPTING THESE TERMS ON BEHALF OF LICENSEE, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY BIND LICENSEE TO THESE TERMS.
