This is a contract (the “Agreement”) between the United States Auto Club (USAC), a Indiana not-for-profit corporation, the event promoter(s) or director(s) and all other persons or entities connected with the management and production of the Event(s) as reflected in this Agreement and/or the Event(s) sanction application and documents (who are referred to in this Agreement individually and collectively as the “Local Organizing Club.”). This Agreement is a part of the Sanction for the Event(s), which also includes the Local Organizing Club’s application to sanction the Event(s) and any other agreements between USAC and the Local Organizing Club relating to the Event(s), and may include activities on different dates as set forth in the sanction application and documents. Please read this Agreement, the sanction application and all other documents and agreements carefully before completing the sanction application process and executing this Agreement.
