THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of January 1, 2018, by and between the MICHIGAN STATE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, a public body corporate and politic, located at 735 E. Michigan Avenue, Lansing, Michigan 48912 ("Authority") and NOVOGRADAC & COMPANY LLP, a foreign Limited Liability Partnership, located at 6700 Antioch Road, Suite 450, Merriam, Kansas 66204 ("Contractor") to create market studies for affordable housing projects in Michigan. (The Authority and the Contractor are collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
