As part of its commitment to helping residents share their own stories, VPL has created a collection of self-published books by local authors. The goal of this collection is to highlight and promote local books that might not be available to readers through traditional channels, both to increase exposure for local writers and to increase the selection for local readers. The following agreement sets out the terms and conditions upon which the Author will grant to VPL an irrevocable, non-exclusive licence to digitally lend the following eBook (the “eBook”) to VPL’s card-holding patrons:
