This Agreement shall be from the date hereof and continue in force unless terminated by mutual agreement of the parties and/or in accordance with the provisions of Article XIV. The Term of this Agreement shall commence First Service Date or as otherwise stated in Article I. Subject to Section 14.3, the Customer may terminate this Agreement at any time upon 180 days written notice to DES. Customer is obligated to pay the Capacity Charge from the termination date through then end of the calendar year along with any other charges contained herein.
