This Lease Agreement (“Lease”) is made this 9th day of November, 2021, between the CITY OF TEMPE, a municipal corporation of the State of Arizona (the “City”), as Landlord, and ANGELS BASEBALL LP, a California limited partnership (the “Club”), d/b/a the Angels, a Major League Baseball (“MLB”) club, as Tenant. The City and the Club are sometimes referred to as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
