This Data Processing Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “DPA”) forms part of and is subject to the provisions of, the Terms of Service (“the Agreement”) between The Company (“Us”) and the Customer. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this DPA and the Terms (“The Agreement”), the terms and conditions of this Data Processing Agreement shall prevail with respect to the subject matter of Processing of Personal Data.
