THIS GRANT AGREEMENT (AGREEMENT) is made and entered into effective upon execution by both parties on (the Effective Date), by and between the CITY OF FRESNO (the CITY), and TRAUMA RESEARCH AND EDUCATION FOUNDATION OF FRESNO(GRANTEE), to provide funding for the HOSPITAL-BASED VIOLENCE INTERVENTION program known as “Closing the Revolving Door of Violence”.
