THIS EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into on  , 20  by and between Regents of the University of Minnesota, through Extension Services (the “University”), whose address for purposes of this Agreement is  , and   (the “Owner”), whose address for purposes of this Agreement is  .
